Paint:  Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) interior paints and adhesives

Bathrooms:  Low flow sinks, showerheads and toilets

Exceeds energy efficiency code by approximately 25% with:
Energy efficient windows
Energy Star rated appliances
Increased insulation throughout
High indoor air quality due to designed ventilation strategies

Irrigation system:  Water Efficient Irrigation and drought tolerant turf and plantings

90% of the development’s energy use will be generated on-site through an extensive solar energy array.

Recycling will be offered on-site and throughout construction of the building the contractor diverted approximately 80% of all waste from the landfills.
